Affiliate Partnership Administrator

What will you be doing?

• Conducting day-to-day compliance checks, documenting and presenting findings

• Engaging with existing clients through live chat, email and calls to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.

• Assist in the creation and management of tasks for various affiliate campaigns.

• Supporting the process of creating new Affiliate accounts.

• Prepare welcome packs and introductions to onboard new affiliates effectively.

• Pay check approval and monitoring.

• Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights for upcoming projects.
